… it was only a matter of time before table games were on the table.
A Democratic state House leader will introduce legislation within two weeks to allow blackjack, roulette, poker, craps and baccarat beside slot machines at Pennsylvania’s casinos.
The bill faces steep odds in the short term. But the ongoing push to provide property tax cuts and fend off competition from surrounding states might improve the bill’s chances of becoming law, political analysts said.
“It seems almost preordained that some type of table gaming will come to the Commonwealth,” said Christopher Borick, a political science professor at Muhlenberg College in Allentown.
After table games come … the whores!
