Omnibus Bill and Extremist Republicans
Another big spending, pork laden bill has been passed by Congress. This has become routine for the last year! And, once again, a few (16) extremist Republicans have defected and joined liberal Democrats to vote for Big Government.
The bill is the $410 billion “Omnibus Bill” which will provide federal government funding for the rest of the fiscal year, which ends in October. Didn’t they just get almost $800 billion? But, never mind….
