Libs Use Misleading “Blue” Map to Promote “The One”

Seen this map?

Chris Matthews thinks it’s a big deal. For some reason, he thinks that Obama getting more votes than Kerry, when Kerry ran in 2004, a pro-Republican year, and Obama ran in 2008, an anti-Republican year, is somehow important.

The New York Times created this map because, I’m sure, they aren’t interested in showing the actual election map. Here’s the real 2008 election map, with McCain counties in red and Obama counties in blue:

That’s a lot of red there. Showing that map might contradict the notion that “America” supports Obama.

In fact, if you play around with the maps on the NYT website, you find out that Bill Clinton’s 1992 map was much bluer than Obama’s supposedly tremendous 2008 victory which allegedly proves that conservatism is dead.
