Pa-Sen 17 – Ballot Scandal! April 18 2008
State Senate Candidate Lisa Paolino has sent out a “green ballot”, AKA the “Offical Republican Ballot“, to voters in the Seventeenth Senatorial District.
The trouble is, it lists her, not Lance Rogers as the endorsed Republican candidate!
Incoming MCRC Chairman Bob Kerns has filed in Montgomery County courts for an injunction to impound the ballots. They will be in Media tomorrow to do the same in Delaware County.
To stop the distribution of ballot that have made it through the impounding, they will be seeking the courts to order election constables to confiscate the fraudulent ballots.

For the record, once again, it is not the Official Republican Endorsed ballot.
