Given Rick’s repeated red-meat slams on McCain, he was going to endorse not-McCain sooner or later.
Out of respect for Rudy, I think Rick hung back until the former Mayor dropped out. Giuliani did campaign for Santorum in Pa in 2006. (heh, note the correction)
Btw, what say the “fire in the belly” folks about Giuliani? He only gave a run at one state. At least Fred got around.
