Patriotism is an upside-down American flag at this pro-Obamacare rally, I guess.. “Got hope?,” reads her t-shirt.
According to US Flag Code:
(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
I dont really get why she would deem it necessary to fly the flag upside down. I do know that if this monstrosity passes, we’ll be the ones flying it upside down.
