(1) Van Jones is not just a communist, but a 9-11 truther too. This brings me to an entertaining series of tweets from Allahpundit:
-Seriously, I’d pay money to know what kind of WH vetting procedures would allow *Van Jones* to slip through
-Maybe BO appointed him as a goof, just to see how much sh*t the media would let him get away with
-”Hey, Rahm — bet you 20 bucks I can get a Truther communist named to an environmental oversight position.”
-I’m trying to come up with a joke re: what other sorts of radicals O might appoint, but “Truther communist” is hard to top
(2) Disgrace! — The State Department officially cut off aid to Honduras. State Department flunky Ian Kelly put out a statement that amazingly gave lip service to the “complex factual and legal questions” surrounding Zelaya’s ouster, but nevertheless called it a “coup”, and indicated that the US will not recognize the upcoming November elections unless the so-called “accord” that nobody agreed to is followed. — For shame!
I was wondering who the semi-rogue ideological twit in State was… now I have a candidate in Ian Kelly.
