Colin Powell for President? July 14 2009
HotAir links to a suggestion that Colin Powell should run for President in 2012 as the Republican candidate.
I feel obligated to just put it out there that if the execrable Colin Powell ends up as the Republican candidate for president, I will leave the Republican Party. PERMANENTLY. If he is elected, I might move to Canada.
Besides, wouldn’t Powell be better as Obama’s running mate in 2012 in the event that Joe Biden becomes too demented to do the job? Well, assuming that hasn’t already happened.
